Welcome to AUREN. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AUREN site and services, operated by Falcons Offices LLC. By using AUREN, you agree to these terms.

By accessing the site, creating an account or using any AUREN service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
02Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. AUREN is intended for nail professionals and their businesses.
03Your account
When you create an AUREN account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your access confidential.
04Plans and billing
AUREN subscriptions are billed in US dollars (USD), based on the chosen plan. The 60-day free trial incurs no charge and can be canceled anytime before the trial ends. Prices and features may change with notice.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to use AUREN for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access restricted areas, and not to harm the service or other users.
06Content and data
The data you enter remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service. We handle personal data per the Privacy Policy.
07Intellectual property
The AUREN brand, site, app and their content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied without authorization.
08Disclaimer of warranties
AUREN is provided “as is”. We aim for maximum availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AUREN is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service.
10Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated and the current version is always shown at the top of this page.
